- Sessions are intended as reflective, emotionally supportive conversations
- You must be over 18 to book a session (Support is available for individuals under 18 only with written parental or guardian consent. Sessions with minors are conducted with care, and safeguarding guidelines are strictly followed.)
- You agree to attend your session with honesty and responsibility for your wellbeing
- You may reschedule or cancel your session up to 24 hours in advance
The provider reserves the right to decline or discontinue sessions if they are no longer appropriate or aligned with the service intent.
5. Payments & Cancellations
- Payment is due at the end of each session, unless otherwise agreed
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance
- Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed entirely may result in a cancellation fee or loss of future booking priority
- Free intro sessions are limited to one per individual
- Payment methods will be provided via email or during booking confirmation
